On May 7, 2022, Cal/OSHA updated its FAQs on COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (the “ETS”) to incorporate the revisions adopted by the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board on April 21, 2022, as well as updated guidance from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) that make the ETS more lenient should more changes be made to the CDPH guidance in the future. The updated Emergency Temporary Standards are effective immediately and expire on December 31, 2022.
