With nearly 15 years of employment law experience, Ilana Kaufman’s practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and individual and class action wage and hour lawsuits. She regularly advises employers on all aspects of employment relations and compliance, wage and hour compliance, employment policies and personnel matters, as well as harassment and discrimination prevention.

Ilana defends employers in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies. Notably, she is fluent in Russian.
