Lee Miller has spent his entire career representing and counseling businesses and individuals in a wide range of employment law matters. As the founding partner of the firm with more than 25 years of experience, he has successfully represented employers in a variety of employment law matters, including all aspects of employment relations and compliance, and guiding employers with workplace investigations, employment-related audits, as well as with the preparation of workplace policies and procedures. Having specialized in employment law his entire legal career, Mr. Miller delivers the highest level of representation and support possible to those he serves.
Mr. Miller practices both in state and federal court and also before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Employment Development Department of the State of California and the U.S. Immigration and Customs and Enforcement division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Lee is nationally recognized as among the top labor and employment law attorneys in the country. Mr. Miller graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara where he majored in Political Science. He attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
