The U.S. Department of Labor “Model Notice”

In accordance with the newly passed Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”), the U.S. Department of Labor has released a Model Notice today for employers to use in compliance with the FFCRA.

The FFCRA mandates that all employers post and keep posted, in conspicuous places on the premises of the employer, where notices to employees are customarily posted, a notice advising its employees of the requirements described in the FFCRA.

All employers are strongly encouraged to immediately post the Model Notice in order to ensure compliance with the FFCRA.
